Connie Schmidt has two watercolors that have been juried to the 28th Annual Juried Plein Air Artists Colorado exhibit, “Calm” and “June Morning at Sprague.” The exhibit will be held at the Gilpin County Arts Association Gallery in Central City, CO, from August 25 through October 5, 2025, with an opening reception on Friday, September 5 from 5 pm to 8 pm. The exhibit will also be online at www.pleinairartistscolorado.com.
Connie has also been accepted as a juried artist for the Estes Valley Plein Air 2025. The plein air event begins on August 21 and includes a Quick Paint (90 minutes) on August 23. The exhibit opens with a reception and awards on August 29 and runs through September 28 at the Art Center of Estes Park, Estes Park, CO.
