David P. Anderson received a First Place Gold Medal for his watercolor painting “Mission Carmel” in Carmel California. The competition was the VA Regional Veterans Creative Arts Festival held in July, 2024, at Jefferson Barracks in St Louis, MO. All first place Gold Medal winners will now compete nationally at the VA in Washington DC later in October. David has his fingers crossed!
