Saint Louis Watercolor Society members met at The Muny in Forest Park on Friday, September 17, to paint plein air. Spencer Meagher’s video demo (offered to STLWS members for the month of September) featuring the Nathan Frank Memorial Bandstand at The Muny inspired this gathering.
