The Philadelphia Water Color Society is pleased to announce a call for entries for their 121st Anniversary International Exhibition of Works on Paper.The exhibition will run from October 21st to November 23rd at the Community Arts Center in Wallingford, PA. Submissions open on May 3rd with an August 3rd deadline to apply. Over $10,000 in prizes with First Place (PWCS Award of Excellence) $2,000, 29 awards in all.
