After having frigid temperatures and snow, our temperatures warmed to 58 degrees which allowed another STLWS plein air event in Tilles Park on Tuesday, February 23rd. It was glorious with about 15 people in attendance. Everyone had a good time and were grateful to be able to get outside and safely paint with other people.
