Janine Helton is thrilled and honored to report that her painting, Bubbly, received 2nd place in the Northwest Watercolor Society’s 2020 80th Annual International Open Exhibition, judged by Ron Stock, who narrowed the 674 entries from 38 states and 12 countries down to 75 paintings in the exhibition. The exhibition will be online from Oct. 27th, 2020, to Jan. 1, 2021.
