We extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Mary Ann Maritz who passed away on December 14, 2018.
Mary Ann was an award-winning artist with the St. Louis Artists Guild and the St. Louis Watercolor Society. While an active member of the STLWS from 2000 to 2008, Mary Ann had her paintings accepted in the Annual Juried Exhibitions each year from 2000 to 2008, and won prizes for her entries in the Big Splash exhibitions in 2000, 2002, and 2006. Her love of art lead her to become very active at the St. Louis Art Museum and serve as a docent for many years. She was a dedicated civic leader and volunteer with many organizations in the St. Louis area. She will be missed by all she touched.
