Elizabeth Concannon is Offering a Class – “Keep Watercolor Art Free of Glass”

There many exhibits in which watercolors suffer from oblivion, false glare and distortion because of placement of lighting, often rules about glass, and frequently placement at angles from each other or from windows.

So, I have arranged to share and teach a class about alternate display and framing choices available to watercolor painters who must deal with lighting — both window and electric indoor lights — and the steps we might take to solve this continuing problem.

My class will be at Knox Gallery of Fine Art, 2214 S. Big Bend, St. Louis, MO 63117 on Saturday, June 17 from 10 am to 1 pm.  Fee:  $35.  Some materials will be provided.
