The City of University City MO is issuing a Call to Artists for the “Painting of Traffic Boxes” on Olive Blvd., between I-170 and Skinker.
Please pass this information on to your fellow artists and organization members as soon as possible, as the application submissions deadline is Friday, May 26, 2017.
