Seven Pelicans Swimming by Janine Helton
Seven Pelicans Swimming by Janine Helton

In this all-day workshop, you will choose a white bird to paint (images
of Ibis, Egrets, Swans, Pelicans, etc. will be provided, or you may bring
your own). And since we will not be using white paint, we will essentially
be painting the shadows. Techniques covered will include creating form
using hard and soft edges; control of paint, water and pigment; color
mixing on and off the paper, and more!

We will be working on quarter sheets (11”x15”) with a limited palette.

Class fee: $85 (All supplies included)

When: Thursday, March 2, from 9 am-4 pm

Where: Missouri Artists on Main, 321 S. Main, St. Charles.
