Creative Space Gallery, on the Plaza in St. Louis’ Lafayette Square at 1900 Park Ave, will exhibit Daven Anderson’s beautiful paintings during the month of December.  The opening reception will be Friday, December 4th, from 6 pm to 10 pm.  Approximately 45 framed works and numerous unframed pieces will be exhibited and priced for the holidays.  With his many St. Louis scenes and countless others showing scenes from around the country and the world, what better time to acquire a magnificent original or a signed and numbered giclee print as a gift or for your home.

Daven Anderson is a member of the Watercolor Honor Society, a US Coast Guard artist, the Executive Director of the Missouri Watercolor Society, the Managing Director of the American Society of Marine Artists, and a Signature Member of the Saint Louis Watercolor Society.  His work is widely known.  His series, The Rivers: a Celebration of Life and Work on America’s Inland Waterways, opens at the Crisp Museum in Cape Girardeoux next May 6th before coming to the St. Louis Mercantile Library the following February.  It is intended that the series be exhibited nationally in six art museums.
