Mirka Fetté and Mary Mosblech gave an excellent program on Matting and Framing Artwork at our February membership meeting. They passed out sheets on cutting mats and a guide for mat dimensions based on frame sizes. We thought you would appreciate these handouts. At our April membership meeting Andrea Vadner gave a program on How to Rescue Bad Paintings. The article on her presentation in the May newsletter omitted contrast as one of the elements of design you can use to create depth in a painting.
