The Saint Louis Watercolor Society member open show, Big Splash, opens Sunday, Aug 19 at St. Peters Cultural Arts Centre at the St. Peters City hall on Mexico road. The opening reception is 1-3 PM with awards given at 2PM. Here is a sneak preview of the top prize winner, “Owl” by Barbara Martin Smith.
