On May 14, 2022, Urban Sketchers St. Louis organized a paint out at Missouri Botanical Garden from 9:30 a.m. to noon, and invited the Saint Louis Watercolor Society members to join them. The group was free to sketch anywhere in the garden with a throw down at 11:45 a.m. at the sculpture, Moutons (Sheep) (1977-1989), cast epoxy stone and bronze, 36 x 39 x 16 inches. It was a beautiful sunny day with the garden offering an abundance of things to sketch. Here are some photos from the day:
