On Monday, April 8th, the Saint Louis Watercolor Society Urban Sketchers went to the St. Louis Zoo. It was a beautiful day and the zoo was an amazing place to sketch. The group agreed that we need to go back. Here are some photos from the day’s outing.
This looks great, it’s wonderful to see the variety of styles and different takes on the various zoo subjects. Will the urban sketchers group consider meeting at times outside of 9-5 weekdays in the future? I would love to take part in the group, but work during standard business hours.
We meet on various days. Our June event is on a Friday, however. Thanks for reminding me to mix it up. We’ll plan a Saturday event soon.
